🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (USA)

• All in-stock items ship same day, Monday through Saturday.

• Express shipping orders are guaranteed to ship same day (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During peak seasons (like Oktoberfest), only express orders are guaranteed to ship same day.

🇩🇪 Brand-Specific Shipping Times

We proudly stock and ship premium German brands:

• Krüger & Berwin & Wolff non-stock items 9-14 days delivery time. 

• Other brands may take 14–21 business days depending on availability.

• Some items are made-to-order, requiring up to 10 business days for manufacturing before shipping.

🚛 Shipping Methods & Rates

• We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, based on your selected shipping rate.

• We always aim to choose the fastest or most economical option based on the shipping rate you paid.

• All shipments originate from California, USA.

🌍 International Orders & Tariffs

• We do not collect international duties, taxes, or tariffs.

• Your country may charge you an import tariff or tax at delivery—this is not under our control.

• Please check with your local customs authority before ordering to avoid surprises.

📦 Split Shipments

If your order contains both in-stock and special-order items:

• We may split the shipment for faster delivery of what’s available.

• You’ll be notified if your order is being shipped in multiple packages.
