REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 Return Policy

- 10% restocking fee on returns (excludes exchanges and size-related orders).
- No restocking fee for returning one of multiple sizes ordered.
- 10% restocking fee on cancellations after shipping from Germany.
- Return label cost deducted from refund.
- 30-day return window.

### Detailed Policy:

1. **Restocking Fee**:
- We apply a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
- **Exceptions**: This fee does not apply to exchanges or when ordering multiple sizes for fitting purposes. For example, if you order two dirndls and return one, no restocking fee will be charged.

2. **Order Cancellation**:
- If you cancel an order already shipped from Germany and do not purchase anything else, (with at least a 50% value) a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

3. **Return Labels**:
- We can provide a return label for your convenience. The cost of this return label, charged at our discounted rate, will be deducted from your refund.

4. **Return Window**:
- Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You do not need to repackage items. 

 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. (Generally)

 

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email chad@oldworldhb.com or contact via our website. We will send a return label, customer pays for all related shipping costs. Generally $10 or less each way.

contact us through the website or chad@oldworldhb.com and we will supply a return label. 

 All shipping costs must be provided by the customer. Generally $10 or less each way.
